We have two flat delivery rates depending on your item(s).
Standard - Royal Mail 2nd Class (£3.50 / £1.95)
Dispatch time: 1-3 working days.
Delivery time: 3-5 working days.
Express - Royal Mail 1st Class (£4.50 / £2.50)
Dispatch time: 1-3 working days.
Delivery time: 1-2 working days.
Small furniture
Some of our smaller furniture can be delivered via tracked post.
Standard - Parcelforce / DPD (£10)
Dispatch time: 1-3 working days.
Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
Express - Parcelforce / DPD (£15)
Dispatch time: 1-3 working days.
Delivery time: 1-2 working days.
Large furniture
Our larger furniture is sent around Mainland UK only via a specialist one man courier service. Our driver will deliver to ground floor only and may need assistance when unloading. If you need a two man service or are based outside Mainland UK please email us as we may be able to find a suitable courier at an extra cost.
Standard - Courier (£45)
Dispatch & Delivery time: We aim to get orders delivered within 2 weeks but this can be longer based on location.

Local Pickup (FREE)
You're welcome to collect your order but this does need to be arranged prior to collection. If you choose this option when checking out we will email you within 48 hours to arrange a date and time.
Home - London, Dulwich, SE21 (you will be sent our full address once your order has been placed).
Markets - Use our find us page to find a convenient date/location for you.

Unhappy with your purchase
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy we would like to do everything we can to help.
If you wish to return your order please contact us first within 14 days of delivery. You may return your purchased item(s) unused and with all its packaging within 30 days for a refund (return postage cost is the customers responsibility). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
We will refund your order as soon as possible after receiving the return but please be aware this could take up to 7 working days. All refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible by emailing dollydiditinfo@gmail.com including pictures of the packaging and your item(s) and we will sort out an appropriate solution with you.
Order not arrived
If you have placed an order and it hasn't arrived please get in touch and we will happily investigate for you.
