A paint spillage and my dolly taking the blame didn't end too badly for me. It has since inspired me, Amy, to set up Dolly Did It with my mum, Annette back in 2014. The business has evolved and grown over the years regularly providing unique, upcycled & vintage homewares at our local markets whilst offering a select range of larger hand painted vintage furniture online.

Even before the days of Dolly Did It we could be found hunting round boot fairs and collecting pieces that had caught our eye. Nowadays whether it being furniture ripe for upcycling or gorgeous vintage glassware, we enjoy knowing that they have been saved and will be loved again by our customers!

Our vintage furniture obsession started due to it being well built and standing the test of time unlike some newer furniture companies today. We wanted to create a range using these pieces that we know will last but also won't cost you the “earth”.

Over the years, our home accessories have since developed and we now offer vintage goodies weekly sourced by us from around the country, upcycled home decor made and created in our London home and have recently even branched out to stock a small amount of other brands who match our ethos.

We're trying to help the environment as best we can by saving items that may have ended up in landfill or by just changing buyers minds to consider a vintage or preloved item before new.
